I love Dr. Tu, she has a great “bed side” manner, is patient and listens to my issues is has a vast knowledge of a variety of ways to address my concerns.

Great doctor -- really easy to deal with. She's a nice person to boot. Only complaint: I've been a Questcare patient for years, but they asked me to fill out a completely new set of medical paperwork so they could update me in their system. This is what computers are for -- they should, at most, print out my profile and ask me if there are any changes. I shouldn't have to fill out every page and question when they already have my info.

Dr. Elizabeth Tu was born in Dallas, Texas and is a graduate of Baylor University where she majored in Speech Communication. She obtained her medical degree at Rocky Vista University in Parker, Colorado and she completed her Family Medicine residency at Texas Tech in Amarillo, Texas.
Dr. Tu likes managing the “bread-and-butter” of medicine such as high blood pressure, diabetes, and chronic lung diseases. She is an advocate of having open dialogue with her patients: explaining the physiology, discussing treatment options, and supporting their decisions. With her speech communication major, she translates the most complicated conditions into relatable terms allowing patients to understand and take ownership of their disease processes. In the fashion of Family medicine, Dr. Tu not only provides care for adults but can treat children as well.

They didn't have my insurance information and a list of medications from Zoc Doc or the Quest portal, even after I imported pictures of my Insurance card front and back for both and sent a list on the portal.

Doctor Tu was informative and patient. She wasn’t in a rush and took time to ask about my background and listen to my concerns. As a follow-up to my tests, she called me herself to discuss, which was a pleasant surprise! The staff was courteous and friendly. I was taken back just moments after I arrived. This appointment was for a physical and I was there for about 20 minutes, which was great! Will definitely be making future appointments with Dr. Tu and her staff.
