About Dr. Sreeram Gonnalagadda
We take care of patients 13 years of age and above.
Dr. Sreeram Gonnalagadda attended Sri Siddhartha Medical College under Bangalore University in India and obtained his Bachelors Degree in Medicine and Surgery in 2000. He finished his Family Medicine residency training at Synergy Medical Education Alliance (now Central Michigan University College of Medicine) in 2008. He held academic appointments at Central Michigan University College of Medicine, Michigan State University as assistant professor and Ross University as clerkship director for medical students rotating through the family medicine department. He has also held faculty appointments at the Family Medicine residency program as Assistant Director, Associate Director and Interim Program Director.
Dr.Gonnalagadda is Board Certified in Family Practice and a member of the Collin County Medical Society, the Texas Medical Association , The American Academy of Family Physicians, The Texas Indo Physicians Society and also the American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin. During his residency he was the recipient of Best Junior Pediatric Resident award, the Diffenderfer award for the best grand rounds presentation from a senior resident and also the Chief Resident award.
Dr. Gonnalagadda has practiced in Michigan for 6 years after his residency. He moved to Texas and started to practice medicine in the Dallas Fort-Worth area. Dr.Gonnalagadda believes that a good physician is a good teacher, and loves to educate his patients every chance he gets about various topic
