Ellen Higgins NP is a great asset to the healthcare industry I wish there were more like her. She has excellent bedside manner, she makes me feel like I’m her own child. I feel like whatever advice she provides me with during my visit is what i can trust she told me for the best of my health. She thoroughly goes over all of my lab results and tells me what i should change or what she thinks i should adjust a bit. Ellen and her nurse Susan greet me with such a warm welcome I feel right at home when i have a doctors appointment with Ellen, she takes away any fear or anxiety. Susan and Ellen are a great team I wish they were the type I got to see when i go to any doctors office.
Ms Higgins asked me to come in for bloodwork a week before my physical so that by the time I met with her she had the results. That makes for a much better experience—why don’t all doctors do this? I like her a lot, I’m recommending her to my friends and neighbors.
