I have always been interested in nutrition and how just making small changes in your diet can greatly improve your life. I love the science behind nutrition and understand how important yet challenging it is for people to meet their nutrition goals. I earned my Bachelor's in Dietetics from Eastern Illinois University and my Master's in Health Administration from Lindenwood University. I have worked in a hospital setting for the last 11 years, covering all inpatient floors. Recently, I transitioned into the outpatient world to build better relationships with my clients and watch their goals get met. I love helping people and listening to their stories.
