I’m Riley, I help individuals navigate the often confusing landscape of nutrition while fostering a peaceful, sustainable relationship with food that honors both physical and mental health. I am passionate about supporting those who struggle with food and body image in breaking free from diet culture and developing trust in their bodies. Whether you are navigating an eating disorder or simply seeking guidance on what and how to eat, I work collaboratively with you to identify approaches that best support your unique needs. I believe food is more than fuel- it is connection, culture, comfort, healing, and celebration- and everyone deserves to experience food without guilt or shame. My approach is holistic, evidence-based, weight-inclusive, HAES-aligned, and informed by Intuitive Eating principles. Care is highly individualized and shaped by your lived experience, preferences, and goals. I strive to create an inclusive, affirming environment where individuals of all gender identities, cultures, ages, and body sizes feel welcomed and respected. Above all, my goal is for you to feel known, understood, and supported- not treated as a problem to be fixed. As a former residential, PHP, and IOP eating disorder dietitian, I have extensive experience supporting clients across all levels of care. This background has strengthened my expertise in eating disorder treatment, associated medical complications, body image distress, and the importance of collaborative, multidisciplinary care. While much of my clinical experience is rooted in eating disorder treatment, I also work with individuals managing chronic health conditions such as diabetes and hypertension, navigating PCOS and its nutritional impacts, and establishing an intuitive relationship with food.
