The office is in bad need of remodeling. The waiting area is long and narrow with no a/c and no ventilation. The office staff is helpful and mutilingual.
Parking is expensive: $9 in the building lot. No validation.

I waited over an hour to see the doctor in a waiting room full of people. Turns out this is the norm because Dr. Gross accepts workers comp so please be aware.

Don’t waste your time
1. Waited 1.5hrs PAST my appointment time to be seen.
2. Dr. Gross picked up a phone call WHILE seeing me

Dr. Gross was quite honest with me about the need to lose weight, though I felt he was being incredibly judgemental and didn't even take into account the fact that I have hypothyroidism and have been trying to lose weight for many years now.
He even suggested I look into gastic bypass surgery, even though my BMI is not high enough for consideration for this surgery.
So yeah. My meniscus is still torn, but at least I've lost a few pounds. Perhaps Dr. Gross should switch his specialty over to shaming people with metabolic disorders instead.

Dr. Gross is very competent, but his office is extremely busy, and apparently he and the staff believe that delay and disorganization is just something the patients should put up with. I scheduled the first appointment of the day, but still had to wait about 40 minutes to see the Dr. As I was leaving I stopped at the nurses station to make a return appt, only to be told to take a seat in the waiting room and wait to be called!

I had an appointment at 11:45am... didn't get in until 1pm! Then when I walked in, he didn't say anything to me for a minute. I just sat there as he looked at my files on the computer.

Dr Gross was very personable and really cared for my well being. He was able to treat my back right in the office and then took X-rays. Afterward, we discussed them and a course of action moving forward. I will see him again and highly recommend

My office visit with Dr Gross went very well. His staff were very helpfull -- He provided me the all information that I needed to rehab my knee, as well as answered all of my questions clearly, and did a good job of explaining all of my options.
Overall, this was a very convienient office visit.

He is not rude but he doesn't have social abilities.
