“Doctor Claudia Ghisa was my Orthopedic Surgeon that operated on my Elbow to repair a Distal Bicep Rupture. This happened to me during a sporting accident were a blunt object hit the inside of my Elbow and tore my Tendon from my Elbow. I basically loss use of my right arm. Dr. Ghisa is a highly skilled Surgeon that works with high profile athletes, workers in high stressed physical areas, and everyday folks. Dr. Ghisa will spend the type of time to make sure you understand the procedure you will have, all phases, and outcomes. In my case, Cadaver material could have been used, but Dr. Ghisa spent the extra time to fish out my Tendon and use it to repair my Elbow. Dr. Ghisa was available at each phase to make sure I was going through the process for the Best Outcome. In my field I still needed to have my arm working at a high level and Dr. Ghisa delivered that outcome.

“This orthopedic surgeon was wonderful. She was very professional and actually LISTENED to me about my problem. And then proceeded to solve it! Also made the effort to find an MRI from a couple of years ago of my hip and saw that I had 2 tears in a tendon!! The original Dr. who ordered the MRI must NEVER HAVE READ IT. I never got that piece of critical information about the pain I was experiencing!!! She's a wonderful physician!”

I waited for over 2 hours for my appointment, with no updates from the front desk. I wasn’t even seen. I ended up leaving. I understand longer wait times are to be expected occasionally, but 2 hours is excessive.
