Dr. Rayfield is a sweetheart. He was very attentive and thorough in his examination and had all the appropriate bloodwork and medical procedures ordered in order for me to find out what form of condition I really had. Just by looking at me, he foretold what I actually had. His team was also very helpful in the retrieval of my medical records and very kind in their venipunctures. Thank you for always taking me way earlier than my appointment was. You guys are amazing!

Smart, kind, caring doctor, who seems to be an expert in his field. Convenient and Flexible scheduling as well. I have many doctors in my family so am very picky and very often disappointed by the service I receive. I found him by accident because it’s impossible to get an appointment with my regular endocrinologist, what a find.

Dr. Rayfield is experienced and cares about his patients so this review does not have to do with him as a professional. I would not recommend his office because of his less than professional office staff and archaic systems. I had called the office twice to see if the results of my blood test had come in. Thee first time I was told right way that it hasn't been 10 days yet and that they wouldn't have them yet.The second time, when I pressured them to just check my file instead of giving me a blanket 10 days turnaround window, the receptionist actually found the results. But in order for me to see the results, the office staff forces follow up appointments which is waste of time when the results are normal. In any case, I waited over an hour to see the doctor on my followup visit, spent literally two minutes with him because the results were normal and of course, was charged for the subsequent visit. As the office is not equipped to share results digitally through a portal and I was waiting for so long, I asked for a copy of the results before I saw the doctor as I was anxious to view it. The receptionist reacted by rolling her eyes and gossiping to her coworker (in front of me!) about how I was inconveniencing with her "double the work" because apparently she had mailed the results to me the day before (who even mails results anymore?). And the icing on the cake was when I saw the date on the test results, it turns out that the office did have them the first time I called, but just didn't check my file to confirm. The rudeness and lack of empathy was so shocking I didn't even know how to react.

Dr. Rayfield thoruoghly and aptiently explained my results with me and was happy to answer any question. Dr. Rayfield took time to explain each result with me and took a genuine interest in my well-being and future well-being. He is very caring, genuine and thorough.

Very sweet a s very caring doctor. He listened to everything I said and did his best to address the issues I was having. He actually takes his time to examine you and will never rush you out of his office. He is a bit old to be honest, but doesn't let that fool you. He knows his stuff.
