Dr. Royston was great - appreciate his balanced approach to medicine (not overreactive/over-prescriptive).
Front office needs to demonstrate a bit more discretion given one can easily overhear conversations in the waiting room.

I ended up at this office after searching for a rheumatologist on Zocdoc. AFTER THREE HOURS OF WAITING he tells me he's not one!! He was very nice, but Zocdoc is a horrible website!! And this guy overbooks...
