Heads up to anyone considering this doctor: their Zocdoc profile currently lists UnitedHealthcare as accepted, but it is not. Seniors and retirees with Medicare or Medicaid may not be able to use this doctor. It would be helpful if the doctor updated their profile to reflect the correct insurance information to avoid confusion.
Additionally, it would be helpful to follow up with patients who book online through Zocdoc to confirm their insurance and the type of visit they’re scheduling. Taking these steps can improve patient experience, reduce confusion, and prevent wasted time for both your staff and your patients.

I showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment like they asked and the door was locked and the lights were off. I waited around and they never opened. I booked my visit via ZocDoc but seems they didn't have updated appointment times and allowed me to book and go to an appointment that they didn't have. So frustrating!

I started a new job and had to switch healthcare providers which lead me to find new providers. Sadly won’t be coming back due to the unprofessional staff. Not everyone was rude/condescending but the one staff member alone was enough. I came in sick and in pain but was greeted with an attitude. I also came in with hopes of finding a new doctors office to continue to go to but sadly I did not have a good experience.
I will say the doctor was great and I do recommend her. However, overall I’d like to find an office where I feel welcomed.

Zemfira Bezgunov was very professional and personable. I truly felt like she was concerned about my health and genuinely cared. As an African American female, it’s hard find healthcare provider who really listen to your problems and don’t dismiss them. She was thorough when examining me. She even called me on her day off to let me know my results. She’s amazing and I highly recommend her as healthcare provider.
