It was my first time visiting Dr. Tsutaoka and it was an all around great experience. The staff was all super friendly and so was Dr. Tsutaoka. She answered all my questions and was straight forward with her responses. Laid out all the possible next steps based on my visit and gave an honest recommendation that I trusted. That's all you can ask for!

She was also able to address some issues for which I had previously gone to a dermatologist and an urgent-care clinic, and confirm my suspicion that the treatments, or lack thereof, which they recommended were, in fact, rather ill-advised.

Did not offer to update my vaccination record, despite indicating I travel often. Did not baseline EKG or other, despite sharing my WPW heart condition. Did not check skin or recommend a derm, despite pale skin and indicated frequent sun exposure and having shared blood blister concern.

While getting a check up, I asked her about my painful ingrown toenail. Her advice was to get a pedicure. Did that. It didn't fix the problem at all. Had to see a Podiatrist who was able to fix the issue and was shocked at the bad advice I was given.
The whole appointment felt like she was in a rush to leave. It was really unfortunately and a waste of time/money.
