I’m a registered dietitian and nutrition counselor who has been in private practice for more than twenty years. But I’m also a wife, a mother, and a daughter who watched my father struggle with heart disease when I was a teenager. His battle sparked my lifelong commitment to proper nutrition and personal wellness, and to giving people the tools and information they need to live a healthier lifestyle.
I believe that good nutrition starts with great-tasting food. I want you to love what you eat; otherwise, you won’t eat it. But I also want you to think before you eat. What can you eat right now, or at your next meal, that will give you the most energy and have the greatest impact on your health and wellness? It’s about becoming more proactive, and less reactive about your food choices.
My goal is to help you make healthy eating a delicious and doable part of your life, no matter how busy your life may be. I offer Individualized Nutrition Programs designed to address the issues that are important to you:
