About Dr. Harris
Jonathan S. Harris, MD received his BA from the University of Pennsylvania and graduated from Jefferson Medical College, where he received the Annie Simpson Award for outstanding student in General Internal Medicine. He completed his residency training in the Montefiore Medical Center Primary Care Internal Medicine Program and was then Chief Resident in Internal Medicine. He has been practicing in the Bronx since 1998 and joined Park South Medical in 2002. He has been board certified in Internal Medicine since 2001. Dr. Harris teaches residents and medical students at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and medical students from Weill Cornell in the office. He sees patients in Montefiore Medical Center – Weiler Division and sits on the Medical Executive Committee of Montefiore Medical Center.
He is fluent in Spanish and is committed to caring for patients with a compassionate, patient-focused, and evidence-based approach.
