Dr udo is a great doctor. Today was my first visit with her and it was pretty good. I didn't feel rushed we spoke about all of my medical problems and she gave her professional and personal opinions. I will be coming back for sure.

I came to Dr. Udo after passing out on the subway and was very concerned about my health. I felt Dr. Udo took the situation seriously, and addressed my concerns about work and recuperation. I was asked to come back in a week for follow-up. When I tried to call a few days later, no one picked up the phone, there was no voicemail system and no one answered the door. I tried for several weeks with no success. Not even a voicemail recording?! I will not return due to the lack of professionalism shown in that regard.

Arrived 10 mins before my appt time. Waited 1 hour 30 min and the Doctor still had not arrived to the office. I can not afford 3 hour doctor visits. The office is in an apartment building and the address that comes up initially in the search is misleading.

I was extremely impressed with her front office staff. Sandy was thorough, welcoming and professional. The wait was practically insignificant.
Dr. Udo was equally professional and very knowledgeable. Her bedside manner was top-notch and she clearly explained her medical assessment. I am thrilled to finally have a new primary care who really seems to care about not just the time she spends with you, but the time you spend waiting to see her.

The first time that i came to see Dr. Udo I waited for 3 hrs before I was seen. I was highly pissed because I scheduled my appointment through ZocDoc for 9 am. I was told when I got there that there were no appointment times its first come first serve basis. I was upset and highly agitated being that I had other appointments lined. up However when she finally got to me she was very pleasant, understanding, and listened to everything I said. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease. she cared about how i felt and listened to my complaints. I now use her as my primary care provider and am very pleased.

Dr. Udo was friendly, but incredibly insensitive. She made extreme recommendations before examining me based soley on family history (which could potentially be understandable), but did so in a way that was provocative and insensitive. I believe she means well and is a kind person, but her manner and recommendations were catastrophizing and flip, rather than calm, measured, and helpful. The office is convenient for Park Slope residents, but it's disorganized and unprofessional. I won't go back.
