He took his time, offered helpful pointers and outlined clear steps to share any follow up questions I may have after this first appointment. Highly *highly* recommend. The office was also clean, and well organized. I was seen at the time of my appointment, with no delays! Such a refreshing experience!”

Dr. Emmanuel Francis graduated from the University of the West Indies with first-class honors. He holds certifications from the American Board of Internal Medicine in both Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine.
As a dedicated practitioner, Dr. Francis has been actively involved in various professional organizations, including the American Geriatrics Society (AGS), American College of Physicians (ACP), and the American Medical Association (AMA).
With a wealth of clinical experience, Dr. Francis has served in diverse medical settings. Previously, he worked as an Attending Physician in Geriatric Medicine at Kings County Hospital/NYC Health and Hospitals in Brooklyn, NY. I have had so many negative urgent care and PCP experiences in NYC that I was almost entirely put off trying to find a doctor in the city, but Dr Francis was so warm, empathetic, and understanding that I have renewed faith in the medical system. He was incredibly helpful, listened to me and asked questions but didn’t drag out the appointment longer than it needed to be. Especially as a woman, I feel that some of my medical issues are not taken seriously, but Dr Francis took all of my symptoms and background into account.
The entire Mt Sinai network was wonderful, and I was able to get a same-day X ray that I ended up needing on the floor above with no hassle. So grateful that a provider like this is available for New Yorkers!
