I've been needing a new primary doctor since I moved - however, I kind of wish I had found one prior to needing one. That said, Dr. Co was excellent. I was able to make an appointment same-day, and she spent a lot of time talking to me about my condition, root causes there-of, small-talk, and welcomed me to the neighborhood. I'm looking forward to seeing Dr. Co with less immediate needs.

I went to Dr. Co after looking for a PCP closer to my job for a general check-up. I have to say that the whole time, I felt a bit uncomfortable, as if I was being talked down to or lectured. She brought up her religious beliefs - which, in any other setting I wouldn't mind since I was raised Catholic - but in a medical setting, it seems that the two should not be intertwined. Due to some of my concerns, she ordered blood work, but otherwise I felt as if my concerns were greatly underrated by her.

I really appreciate the thorough way that Dr. Co listens to me, asks questions, and provides sensible ideas and treatment recommendations. While we might occasionally disagree on a course of action, I never feel that she is dismissive of me or my concerns. I think Dr. Co is an excellent doctor, I highly recommend her, and I am sincerely grateful for her care and understanding.

First visit to Emelita's office. Had a good experience, was treated respectfully, all issues I wanted to talk about were addressed. I was a little worried going in because I had the last appointment of the day. It's just human nature to be tried and want to go home at that point, but Emelita did not indicate that at all. She gave me her full attention and professionalism.

Dr. Emelita went above and beyond in treating me. I've actually never experienced that level of friendly and thorough in a doctor before. I came in for a re-fill and to seek counsel on a new medication for an old issue and she really listened to me. She even did a mole check and a general health exam since i have sinus issues. She was extremely friendly as well and conversed with me on a few life topics. I was looking for a primary doctor since moving to Illinois, and I found a great one. There was a lot of forms to fill out in the beginning but i was seen right away. allow extra time to fill them out if you are a new patient.

I appreciate talking with a doctor who speaks plainly and doesn't need to sugarcoat what might be causing my medical concerns. Dr. Co listened, asked pertinent questions, and helped me get started on the things I needed to accomplish. Every person in her office was friendly, and seemed interested in providing me with the information I needed in order to make an informed decision about my options. I would recommend Dr. Co to anyone looking for a primary care physician.

Our visits with Dr. Co are always informative and she makes us feel comfortable. We never wait more than 20 minutes to see her. She was open and honest with all of our questions and very focused on our appointments. We definitely will continue to see Dr. Co.

She was extremely unprofessional and disturbing. As I was waiting to be examined she started asking what I thought about Obama and telling me how she disagreed with him forcing healthcare practitioners to support murder through abortions and contraception. She then proceeded to tell me how she has convinced patients to not have abortions. It was completely jarring to experience this while I was sitting there in stirrups and I felt very vulnerable.

she had many patients in the office at the time of my visit, but i got treated by her staff and herself like i was the only on there. It was very comfortable talking with the doctor and she took time and care to see to my need. Excellent service

The Doctor was very nice and personable, however, when I go to the Doctor for contraception (I needed a refill for my birthcontrol) I don't appreciate being given a lecture about how I need to have kids, or a period, or to take a break from birth control. I'm an adult and am more than able to make my own decisions especially when it comes to something that involves a lifetime commitment and a significant personal and financial investment.
She did end up writing me the perscription, but I am hesitant to go back there. I don't think that her personal views and mine will align well.
