The receptionists were very unfriendly, their system was down too so they have me waited for half hour with people behind me get in first, no explanation, no apologies at all. The doctor sees me for less than 10 minutes, and was eager to finish.

I was totally amazed how friendly and courteous Dr. Liebman and the complete staff was. At my first office visit, I had to tell them before I left the office how happy and pleased I was with the treatment. Seriously, Dr. Liebman is very cool! Way more than I expected a doctor to be. I am going to recommend him to all. Waiting time was lee than 5 minutes. Awesome.

I made this appointment for my Mom who is 87 years old. My son took her to this appt. and dropped her off in the office and then went to park the car. He said when he came back she was still standing there. The receptionist never greeted my mom was on the computer and very rude. Dr. Liebman's bedside manner was not what I told her it would be. The previous reviews on him were so good that I thought she would be comfortable. She was not comfortable at all. I'm very disappointed.

I felt the visit I had was excellent, I like coming to Dr. Liebman because he's very mannerly, attentive, caring, and he's very concerned & serious if you're not feeling well. And I will recommend him to everyone I know.
