I was really disappointed about this appointment with Emily. It was in regards to birth control and I felt very judged and not cared for. My last apt with her was good so I was surprised. Really bummed out and won’t be going back to her.

I love Emily’s bedside manner. Talking to her is like talking to a friend. She really listens, and I find that she is quite proactive about addressing my issues (vs other doctors I’ve visited who take a “wait and see” approach to problems or don’t offer solutions). My only piece of critical feedback—not negative, just important—is that she does seem busy. She certainly gives me her full attention when I’m with her, but I feel like I have to go into a visit very prepared with a list of everything I want to address. I don’t see Emily having a lot of time to probe very far into a patient’s symptoms. You better know what you want to discuss before you walk in the door. I love her overall though—-very rare to find a medical professional who is as approachable as Emily.

The facility was very clean, all employees were helpful. They got me back within a reasonable time for my appointment. They were unable to do anything for me today but that was not their fault, they clearly communicated everything to me in a way I could understand and then have me a referral and sent me on my way. If I lived closer I would highly recommend anyone to this location.
