Emily Butler is proud to be a member of Circle Medical, a digital-first, patient-focused experience that makes quality care more accessible than ever. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency in Family Medicine at MAHEC.
I’m passionate about being a healthcare provider because I feel that I am able to easily speak to people about their health and help them make the best decisions for themselves.
As a primary care provider, I think it’s important for me to help manage patients’ concerns as well as coordinate care with any specialists. As a PCP, I feel I am better able to know and focus on the patient as a whole rather than one system at a time, as a specialist can do.
I moved back to Texas several years ago after spending time in the mountains of North Carolina. I am a Texas native and love getting to spend time with my family. I am happily married to my husband, and we love traveling and going on adventures of all sorts.
