My appointment started right on time, and I appreciated Dr. Cohen chatting with me about my questions before the physical part of the exam. Her bedside manner was excellent and she helpfully walked me through the different steps of the exam so there wasn’t anything unexpected or unpleasant. I will be returning here for future exams

I visited Dr.Cohen's office on 23/04/2017 and was given 1 year birth control prescription. I picked up on the same day and set up auto refill with CVS on the same day. However, after 3 months, when I was supposed to have my auto refill, I was told I no longer have prescription. After follow up with doctor office for several times, I found out that the office called the CVS on 24/4/2017(1 day after the visit) and cancelled my prescription without notifying the patient. Because of their irresponsibility, my prescription was delayed and I have to spend extra time to solve this problem. The reason they cancelled my prescription without even notifying me is just because my pap smear was done in 2017 and I haven't scheduled one in 2018. I don't think it's required I have to do pap smear every 12 months and they could have told me in April when they cancelled the prescription, so I have time to do pap smear and I was not caught short of time to refill the prescription. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

I liked the office and the staff and doctor were all very nice. However, I will not be returning because I only wanted to see a female OBGYN and their policy is that you schedule appointments with all of their doctors before your baby comes. Their other doctors are all males. I wish this information had been more readily available before I scheduled my first appointment.
