I was extremely disappointed after seeing this provider. She barely listened to me, rushed through the entire session and was extremely rude and passive aggressive. Even if you aren’t able to help, at least do the basics of listening to your clients and ensure they feel validating and comfortable. Some of us are experiencing chronic and severe pain and there is not always ideal solutions but at least providers can listen and help us feel supported. But not this one. This provider desperately needs courses in patient care and a self help book on how to effectively listen and be compassionate. I’ve met strangers on the street that were more helpful and understanding. I really wish this provider would seek additionally training so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I enjoyed this experience. The only odd thing for me was upon check in, when I’d normally be handed forms to fill out, the office staff would ask me the questions aloud instead. I didn’t love answering personal questions in an office with other people, but other than this it was a good experience and I plan to go back.

I went in for an annual exam with Emily and was a little nervous having an exam with someone new but I was pleasantly surprised. Emily treated me with respect and was super nice. It felt like she actually cared about me and my experience. Acknowledged my worries and made sure I left feeling good!
