Updated Review: While the office staff is friendly and the environment is clean, I cannot recommend this practice due to significant issues with administrative accuracy and follow-through. I waited nearly a month for time-sensitive paperwork that was promised "ASAP." Furthermore, there were discrepancies in my records regarding which services I accepted versus those I declined during my visit. While the office eventually corrected the error after I pointed it out, the lack of explanation for why services were recorded incorrectly in the first place has caused me to lose confidence in their management.
