Emily was wonderful! She actively was listening to me and heard out all of my questions and concerns. She was very informative, and I feel confident in her ability to help me with my acne concerns. She took her time explaining my treatment plan and why she chose the products she did. I’m really pleased with the care I received, and I look forward to continuing to work along side Emily and her team. She was personable, friendly, informative, and took an individualized approach!

Office staff and support staff was super friendly and helpful. Provider Emily McConnell was amazing! I loved her! She was kind and extremely thorough. She took her time and explained things well. I didn’t feel rushed. I rescheduled my yearly appointment for next year with her:) my husband was with me and was impressed as well and he is switching to her too and scheduled his yearly appointment with her as well!

My experience so bad with this pinnacle dermatology clinic I was 10 min late because this was my first time in this location and building is too big to find the clinic and I'm 32 weeks pregnant women can't walk or run too fast having alopecia where my condition getting severe I am already stressed I need to see doctor as soon as possible but they cancel my appointment just for 10 min late other time patient has to wait for their appointment for half an hour is that fine for them? I'm very disappointed and never going back to this provider again they don't understand other problem.

I had never had a skin screening, but Emily McConnell made it a very comfortable appointment! She took her time seeing me, was thorough in the appointment, and answered my questions! I would highly recommend her and will be back for my yearly screening next time, as well!
