Emily provides well-woman exams and addresses gynecological concerns, including birth control, infection testing, and abnormal bleeding.
Emily holds a Master's degree in Family Nursing from Maryville University, a Bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Arlington, and an Associate's degree from Brazosport College. She has also trained in pelvic floor muscle therapy, which she offers as an adjunct to the urogynecological services at the practice. Her patients, who meet with her once per week for 6-8 weeks, have seen significant improvement in urinary incontinence issues.
?It is so rewarding to hear the success stories? for example, car rides that used to take 6 hours because of multiple stops to use the restroom are now made in 3 hours with zero stops or leakage. Talk about life-changing!?
Emily believes women play essential roles in caring for their families and communities. She is committed to ensuring every woman has access to state-of-the-art gynecological treatment options, regardless of age or location, to maintain a good quality of life. She understands that excellent women's health care improves opportunities for success for women and those around them.
