I was in search of a new primary physician and am so glad I found Emily Pitts. She was so attentive and personable. Even though I can be a talker when it comes to doctor visits she never made me feel rushed. Being my first visit with her I wanted to make sure she had all my medical history and discuss any issues I had. We covered everything. I also want to commend her assistant and the lab technicians who were super friendly. Thank you!

The quality of care I received was fine but I requested both with the nurse and with Emily to have my prescription called in to a particular pharmacy and they called it in to another chain altogether. That chain doesn’t even carry it and it delayed me getting my medication until the next day. Very irritating. Attention to detail will go a long way with your patients.

She listened to me explaining my symptoms and we did some testing. Once the results came in I wasn't called. I found my test results online and used Dr Google for interpretation. A week later I was called and told that I am referred to another doctor for further treatment. By that time my issue had solved by itself.
