She was short with me and provided little to no comfort. She seemed annoyed throughout the entire interaction. She was asked to provide my insurance company with a prior authorization which was never sent. I had to call the office to remind her to send it. That was the main reason for my visit. Maybe she was having a bad day! But overall would not recommend.

I created an appointment with Primary Care Doctor, Dr. Omar Hawasli, MD based on his ratings and reviews on Zocdoc, and I was randomly given a different Doctor last minute. I wish I was given a heads up before my doctor was changed. Emma was good, but seemed like she was in a hurry. She addressed my issues and answered my questions, but she was smacking the gym she was chewing and barely cracked a smile throughout our talk so it felt like I was a bother. It was my first time scheduling an appointment through Zocdoc as well, and i wish they would tell you how communication would go with Doctors. I had no idea what “Klara” was until minutes before my appointment.

I ended up seeing a different provider from who I originally scheduled with, but it's totally fine. Emma Poulshock, PA, was an absolute gem. She listened to all of my concerns and communicated a clear plan of care and guided me through whatever steps needed to be taken next.

I did an appointment on line and two days later I had to go to a clinic feeling realy bad. If I 'd have an antibiotic it would not have been so bad.
I Know she was not really seing me and did not realise how bad i was already been.
