Avoid this place at all cost! The customer service is a complete joke. I called multiple time for my lab results and never received a call back from anyone. The facility is extremely dirty and unacceptable for a doctor’s office. I highly regret going to this dump.

First and foremost you can NEVER reach the office which is ridiculous, they are nonchalant about it when you mention it to the staff, i was called back on time but sat in the room for over 30 mins with no doctor, i don’t recommend this office

Dr. Brown is amazing!! His supporting staff is friendly and welcoming. They faced some difficulties due to a recent location change, but still managed to handle everything with efficiency and class. Dr. Brown was top-notch. We discussed a plan for my health that makes me feel better about my future already, and I felt like he listened to my concerns and addressed them with great care. The entire staff made me feel as if I was an established patient of 10+ years, yet this was my first visit! If you're looking for a new doctor and you're reading this, look no further. I'm going to recommend Dr. Brown to everyone I know!!

I will never visit there again. My wait time was more than 2 hours, and I was very disappointed that I sat for more than a hour before someone said anything to me being a new patient I should have been given a reason why I wasn't able to see the doctor sooner.

I do not have any complaints with any services I received from Dr Brown, however, the office is impossible to reach! I ended up finding a different primary care physician because it was difficult to reach anyone at the office to make or change an appointment. Dr Brown was a great doctor with wonderful bedside manner and he was extremely patient with me and my many questions, but I need a doctor's office that is a little more accessible than what this office was for me.
