Absolutely disgusting and will never go back to her or the facility in the womens center in west palm. There was dried blood next to their biohazard trash, where I was supposed to put my personal belongings. She also did not properly dispose of my speculum after use, she put it in the hand washing sink which is a direct violation in Florida’s Biohazard waste laws, I know because I have the same biohazard license as them.
To comment on the bedside manner, everything was fine until I had brought up some personal information that I will not share here. You could tell her attitude immediately changed and her bedside manner dropped.
On top of this, she did not tell me that they will send your samples to an independent lab that will not take your insurance, maybe she decided to do this after I shared my personal history.
I will be contacting the palm beach health department with photos of the incidents as well as filing a complaint with the womens center.

Very disappointing experience. They changed my appointment time without giving me any updated confirmation. Very irresponsible front desk. Will NOT recommend.

Nice and stress free visit. Friendly, clean, well taken care of office. Nice staff. Dr.Bagdasarian is an Obgyn should be, attentive and gentle. On the whole a very pleasant experience.
