Natalie was very professional and she really listened. She took good care of me and I would recommend her. I had a 1:15 PM appointment and I wasn’t seen until 2:15 PM. I don’t like having to wait that long.

I have never felt so deeply uncomfortable and violated by any medical office experience. I needed an implant removed from my arm - nothing else. I was pressured for more than 10 minutes by three different people to consent to a pelvic exam I did not want or need in a way that felt deeply violating. When I didn't sign for a pelvic exam (just consent for the procedure I needed) I was made to wait for 30 extra minutes in the office.
Once I was in for my actual procedure and had already paid, I found out it was a *student* to be the one who actually removed my rod, not the doctor I paid for. I wasn't told it would be a student before I paid or I would never have taken the appointment.
Truly awful. Never going back.

Hi! I will be losing my excellent health insurance at the end of the month & couldn’t be seen by my regular doctor for an annual exam before then. I googled & found this top rated office had an appt available that same afternoon. I did not see originally scheduled provider, Natasha. Instead, I was 1st asked if it would be ok for me to see another ARNP. How considerate. I was blessed to be seen by Theresa Padua, ARNP. Theresa made me feel so comfortable, especially being a new patient. She was thorough & took the time to listen to “my story.” I really felt a genuine concern for my continued health.
