What should a new client know about working with you?

I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) dedicated to providing fast, compassionate, and evidence-based care to the Texas community. HABLO ESPAƑOL I specialize in medication management and diagnostic evaluations for ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, and Mood Disorders. My practice is 100% Virtual, allowing you to receive expert care from the comfort and privacy of your own home. Whether you are seeking a first-time evaluation or a more effective medication plan, I am here to help you regain control of your mental wellness.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Once you book your appointment, you will receive a secure digital intake form. This allows me to review your medical history, current symptoms, and any past medications before we even meet, ensuring our time together is focused entirely on your needs." Step 2: The Initial Evaluation (60 Minutes) "Our first session is a deep dive. We will discuss your concerns, lifestyle, and goals in a judgment-free space. As a PMHNP, I perform a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation to provide an accurate diagnosis and determine if medication is a safe and appropriate tool for you." Step 3: Collaborative Treatment Planning "We don't just 'pick a pill.' We discuss the risks, benefits, and alternatives of any treatment. We will build a personalized plan together that may include medication management, lifestyle adjustments (sleep, nutrition, stress), and referrals for specialized therapy if needed." Step 4: Ongoing Monitoring & Support "Stability takes time. We will have regular 20–30 minute follow-up appointments to monitor your progress, manage any side effects, and adjust dosages. My goal is to find the 'minimum effective dose' that allows you to feel like your best self

Very concise and in-depth consultation, and conversed with me very well.

I had a VERY concerning experience with my telehealth psychiatric evaluation. The appointment itself was conducted while the provider appeared to be in a moving vehicle, which felt unprofessional and distracting. The call also disconnected before the visit was properly completed. After the appointment, I requested a copy of my medical records and evaluation notes multiple times because I need documentation of my diagnosis for school accommodations. I was told the records would be emailed to me, but I have still not received them. Additionally, the payment process raised concerns. I was asked to update my credit card information through a link that my computer flagged as a potential phishing website. Attempts to contact the ā€œofficeā€ by phone have also gone directly to all to Enma’s voicemail. I honestly don’t even know if this office is legit. All of their headshots and photos on their site appear to be AI.
