Getting to know Trent Eisenbeisz
I am a licensed independent clinical social worker with over 13 years of experience working as a clinician, therapist, and crisis interventionist. I have worked with clients facing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, substance use problems, psychosis, and ADHD. I have also helped people who have experienced trauma or emotional abuse. I want to clarify that my expertise does not yet include eating disorders or pornography addiction, although I do understand some of the symptoms and causes.
My therapy style is genuine and solution-focused. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach is dialectical behavioral therapy–based, incorporating a strengths perspective and motivational interviewing. Any treatment plan designed to meet your needs will be collaborative, timely, and include measurable goals.
I have worked extensively in crisis intervention—in agencies, on the streets, in hospitals, mental health courts, and case management agencies—and have managed in this capacity. I also have many years of experience related to substance use disorders and have worked as a therapist primarily utilizing Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Unfortunately this provider didn’t work out for me. No actual help provided in dealing with my issue and it seemed like he just wanted the appointment to be over with as quickly as possible. Was yawning during me talking and didn’t show any interest in what I was saying. I felt disregarded. Also made strange assumptions about me based on my background. Would not recommend

Within the first visit I already feel as though I made som progress simply based on his outlook on therapy and mental health.
