My treatment was my third and all went smoothly.
After making my appt. through Zocdoc I received a call from the office of Dr. Boyd advising me that I did not have an appt. and had to go through the whole process again.

This system does not work!!! The office called me and I did not have an appointment. I had to reschedule it directly with scheduling.
I will not be using ZOCDOC again and will be reporting it to the administration office when I go in for my appt.

This is the worst Dr office I Ave ever experienced. The front desk team and management continually lost my referral information as well as my prior records I had sent from my previous Dr office. Which resulted in a 3 month scheduling delay just for my initial appt. Once finally organized and seen my experience with this Dr was only focused on my medications I currently take and nothing discussed on my area''s of pain caused from 2 separate accidents over a 7 year period. Car and water slide. I was told they would not prescribe my medications and that was it. No rehabilitation, no other pain management plan. I was treated as an addict without any regard to my injuries or level of pain. Last thing I was told was to go to the emergency room when I start to feel withdrawals.
I've never had such a negative, impersonal experience at any Dr office in my 7 years of treatments. I wish I had not moved 100 miles from my prior Dr office. But I'm willing to Dr the extra mile so that I am treated for my injuries and pain.

Dr. Boyd did not receive my appointment that I scheduled on zocdoc.com. I went there, and the staff was very nice; however, they did not know that I scheduled an appointment on this site.
