I offer a collaborative, nonjudgmental partnership with clear explanations and a plan that may include medication, trauma informed therapy, mindfulness, and skills for emotion regulation and focus.
Think of care that treats you, not just symptoms. I use a functional approach: we look at how anxiety, depression, PTSD, and ADHD show up in daily life work, sleep, mood, focus and build practical steps to restore function. We also screen for medical causes (thyroid, iron, vitamin deficiencies, sleep apnea) that can fuel anxiety, guiding real, lasting change
