Verified Patient Reviews
After searching for an optometrist who could see me immediately, I located Dr. Chen. Dr. Chen and his office staff a a cohesive group, working seamlessly together while taking the time to explain all costs, insurance coverage and most importantly, making every attempt to rush my glasses in time for an overseas trip. I was a patient of TSO many, many years ago and I am very happy to make my return a permanent one. In 3 words, "job well done"
He was reliable doctor for me. I confirmed with him that my diagnosis was wrong from other optometrist did. Thank you much for his professional conduct.
I thought he was professional and he gained my confidence.
