The Medical building was easy to find and his Suite was accessible on the 1st floor. The entire staff was very Friendly & Welcoming. The nurse Kayla was so sweet and made me feel comfortable as soon as she called my name and took my vitals. I did not have to wait long to see Dr. Francis. He was attentive, informative, patient and answered all my questions. I was very pleased and satisfied with my Appointment and will definitely continue to see him.

I have reviewed Dr. Francis before but this visit warrants another. After visiting several specialists for a rather complicated condition and having been on numerous forums reading about sufferers that were getting nowhere with their doctors I was not hopeful that Dr. Francis would be able to do much for me, but I wasn't ready to give up. I am so glad I went in and I wish I had gone sooner. Within the first few minutes he had listed at least ten different things to try and he was so compassionate and understanding I felt like I finally had an ally on this painful journey. After years of dismissive, know it all doctors I began to lose faith in the medical community. I would often say, "I'm not going to a doctor unless it is life or death, where I have nothing to lose, or something obvious like a broken bone because that is all they are good for....and taking your money." Finally finding one that listens and genuinely appears to care, has changed my opinion and feels like a miracle. Very grateful to have him as my doctor.
