I thought the visit and exam very professional. I was treated very well in every way.

I was booked to see another doctor on my last visit who wasn't there so saw doctor Lublin instead. This time round Dr Lubin was not there so my appointment was with the original doctor. I can say that Dr Lubin is very friendly but I think they book in to many appointments as this is my third visit and each time the whole visit has taken over 2hours ,most of which are spent in the waiting room . The reception staff are friendly but the telephone staff can be very rude and as yet no results have reached my gynea even though each time I call they tell me that they have been sent ( more than 2weeks now ).
