This was a new patient appointment - my appointment time was at 12:00pm but didn't get called to go back to a room until 12:47pm - not exactly off to a good start in that respect. Once I did see Dr. Munn, he was professional & polite. He spent an adequate amount of time with me and I didn't feel like he was trying to rush thru my appointment time.

Dr. Munn has a great personality and listens to what patients have to say. His is very is to get as much information as possible, not just throwing a bunch of medication at you. Excellent dr. I'm very glad I found a Dr. suitable for me.

Perhaps others have good experiences to report with Dr. Munn but I’m not among them. He was dismissive all of my lab work and symptoms and said I should follow up with my PCP. I stopped going to him after that visit - he may be the perfect doctor for someone but wasn’t right for me.

I loved every second of my visit with Dr. Munn! He made me feel listened to and cared about. I officially decided to switch over to him for my care. After going years with a doctor I wasn't comfortable with I decided to seek out someone who knew more about my disease. He is so knowledgeable and caring!

He is very kind, and very quiet. He's the kind of person to think about what you've said and how they're going to respond before they say anything, but when he does answer you he's very clear about what he's trying to communicate. After a bit he will warm up, especially when you inject humor, and even then, his humor is very kind. He's very thorough, and a good Dr. If I hadn't had to move I would probably have gone back.

I really felt comfortable with Dr. Munn. He was attentive and asked me a lot of history and current questions about my health to try and come to the right conclusions. He is soft-spoken and kind and really LISTENS. I am glad that I chose him as this was a visit I wasnt much looking forward to - he made it all the better. His staff is friendly and efficient and the wait time wasnt bad, they were just running a little behind. Better than most.

Dr. Munn took time to talk with me and get to know my history. He took time to really check out what was wrong. I like that he didn't jump to a diagnosis, instead he wanted to run some tests and evaluate the situation. I appreciate that he didn't just prescribe a medication and tell me to come back. He seems to want to find an answer instead of giving me a bandage. I liked him and am happy, so far, that I chose him.
