I saw doctor Rishe as a new client on a federal holiday. I was able to book an appointment right away with minimal wait. He also took the time to discuss my medical history, not just treat my sinus infection. It was the first time in a very long time that I felt a practitioner took interest and care in my well being.

Love Dr. Rishe. Our appointment sessions are always good... generally because we're both science-heavy.

Great service. No complaints.

I booked this appointment for a physical for my wife and the doctor made her very uncomfortable. When she was waiting in the lobby, he asked if there was anything specific she wanted her blood tested for. He never introduced himself and asked this personal question in the lobby in front of the receptionist and another patient. Needless to say, she will not be going back there.
I can't rate him any higher. I'm so glad for ZocDoc for providing this service. Otherwise, I would never known the pleasure of having Dr. Rishe as my doctor. He's kind, considerate and very knowledgeable. The very best experience ever at going to the doctor's (which I hate).

The doctor was very personal with me very quickly which I know some patience would appreciate early on with doctors. I was prescribed multiple things some of which I thought were unnecessary. Personally I would not visit this doctor again. He wasn't my cup of tea.

I am so disappointed and frustrated with this doctor and his practice. Upon my first visit, I walk into the doctors office and the front desk lady is yelling obscenities into her phone. She then asks for my insurance as if nothing just happened. After that, they take me to get blood drawn and a urine sample. After I'm done I go sit back in the room I was waiting in. After about 15 minutes I receive a call from the nurse asking why I left the practice? They actually lost me in the doctors office and didn't bother to go check where they had put me earlier. Lastly I go take one more exam, I go into a room where the door is lopsided and off its hinges, only 1 working overhead light and a ton of storage boxes crowding the room. If this hadn't been a serious issue I would have left then and there, however I needed to do it. I receive a call the next day to go do another test at his second location. I walk in and I say my name to the receptionist. She then says "Uh oh." I look at her puzzled "Uh oh?" I reply back. She says "I know which test you're going to do today." ......Because THAT inspires confidence at a doctors office. I'm led into another cramped and storage filled room, past another employee muttering obscenities to himself where the person giving me this second test does not introduce himself, tell me what the test is, or what it does. I leave very upset after not knowing what was happening or what this test if for, EVEN after asking the doctor afterwards what it is used for. I reluctantly go back a week later to get my test results from the doctor. I step in the room and the doctor starts to give me my test results while the door is wide open and people are walking up and down the hallway and talking. Most notably giving me my HIV status, and other test results that should be kept private. Regardless that my status was negative, he should have closed the door. My results are a private matter, period. He also starts to ask me questions about "If im feeling depressed." "Have you had a lot of stress in your life" etc. WHY would I tell you very personal info while the door is wide open and the nurses are yelling back and forth to each other in the office?? Icing on the cake was after being to this clinic 3 times, they then tell me they don't take my insurance. After I researched them on ZocDoc to see if they did. Funny you would think they would have told me that after I gave them my insurance card the first, second, and THIRD time. But No. They never followed up with me on my insurance after that. I receive a phone call 3 weeks later for a follow up at a specialist. I set the appointment and guess what. The person they referred me to does not take my insurance either. I guess Blue Cross Blue Shield just isn't a mainstream insurance company....... The staff is incompetent and rude, the doctor can't even deliver test results without telling the whole clinic, and they have no idea how to read an insurance card. I will NEVER go back to this doctor.

I had a very positive first experience with Dr Rishe. After the receptionist gave me some documents to fill out I was pre screened by Dr Rishe's assistant, which really aided in time efficiency. Dr. Rishe was extremely professional and made you feel right at home with his calm demeanor and hands on treatment. The entire staff worked together to really make my first visit seem like I had been a patient for years. Thank you Dr Rishe and staff, look forward to seeing you again.

The Dr was pleasant and helpful. However, his office manager is not organized and makes each visit difficult. Due to his mistakes, I ended up not seeing the Dr for a pre-surgery clearance and was sent to two other facilities for testing. One of the facilities did not provide the test results when needed. The office manager blamed me for waiting too long to schedule. I expected professional care and treatment. I received neither. I will probably have to find another Dr.

Dr Rishe was kind, attentive, respectful and very professional. I would highly recommend him. My only complaint would be on his office workers, who had me wait over 20 minutes before they let me even fill out the forms, and then 30 more minutes before I was seen...
Dr Rishe was great - friendly, attentive, and affable. There was a bit of a lengthier delay before I could be seen, but both he and the staff were apologetic and explained as much as they could without infringing upon anyone's privacy - I appreciated that very much. A very high recommendation for this doctor and his practice - I've tried setting up appointments with other offices in the city with poor results - not the case here.

Great!
Perfect doctors visit. I barely waited, was welcomed right away, they even watched my baby while I received a sonogram. The doctor took his time with me. Did not feel rushed at all. I will definitely recommend!!
