This experience was a mixed bag— I spent 15 minutes completing their online registration (which is very thorough and in depth, even includes cc info), but when I get there they made me do it all over again— which was frustrating. Also, I was *literally* the only patient at the office (no patients in the waiting room or being checked), and I waited 30 minutes for my appointment!!! So, I was very annoyed by the time Dr. Teller actually came. That said, he seemed like a good doctor who knew what he was talking about. I have nothing negative to say about him, but the experience at the office itself was a 2/5.

I honestly believe it was a waste of time. Not only did I have an appointment scheduled, I called a few minutes prior about the appointment and was then notified by staff that it was moved between 5-7. Well thanks for letting me now. Anytime I had an additional question as to what my results from the exam meant, it required an additional appointment. Even if the doctor said he was going to call me the next day, he still didn’t and the staffing office told me that it required an appointment to discuss . Total scam and very helpless doctor ! Searching on google about my condition was more informative.

Dr. Eric Teller has the best bedside manner I've experienced in a long time. He took the time to understand my concerns and speak with me about what options are available to me. I would definitely recommend him!
Dr. Teller was so helpful. Not once did I feel rushed - he listened to all of my concerns and provided detailed, educational and thoughtful responses during our conversation. He asked important questions that helped us come up with an action plan together and it gave me hope. I would definitely recommend!

Dr. Teller is attentive, extremely knowledgeable and supportive. I saw him virtually regarding a sinus infection and related breathing issues. He answered all my questions! He gave me the time I needed to feel confident that he had my best interest at heart and that I was receiving the best care possible. Highly recommend Dr. Teller.

Dr. Teller was so kind and listened to my worries. Most of all, I appreciated not being overly scrutinized in our conversation about my sleep and anxiety; which can sometimes happen without a referral. I entered feeling so overwhelmed and left feeling grateful and more calm. Very happy to have found someone reliable to help me manage my insomnia.

I had the pleasure to visit Dr. Teller twice via video call and in person. He is a delightful doctor who is very informative and polite. I actually think he’s pretty cool. My recent experiences with doctors lately haven’t been great they rush patients and don’t provide quality service but Dr. Teller was the complete opposite and I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND him to others.

The staff at the front desk was quite rude. They didn't use the forms I filled out online and still made me fill out paperwork. Then they didn't communicate the wait time. Finally, they weren't clear about where I needed to go for the x-ray the doctor ordered.
This was a virtual visit. absolutely on time.
