The zocdoc website and reminder email sent me to their old location causing me to be late. Receptionist seemed annoyed when I explained why I was late and showed her the reminder email that I received with the old address in it. Her response...I don't handle that or know anything about that. Even though I was about 5 minutes late I still waited almost an hour to see the doctor. The Doctor did listen and explained to me that they were working on getting the address updated.

More about Dr. Eric Zeidman, MD, FACS
Doctor Zeidman specializes in genitourinary reconstruction, neurogenic bladder and urodynamics. Most exceptionally, Dr. Zeidman has extensive experience in both the surgical and non-surgical treatment of urinary incontinence, female urology and voiding dysfunction. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Urology and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
Dr. Zeidman graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point, earned his medical degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and completed his residency at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C. He received his fellowship training in Genitourinary Reconstruction, Female Urology, and Urodynamics at the University of California, Los Angeles and has been practicing in Phoenix since 1993.
Dr. Zeidman is currently President of the Western Section of the American Urological Association which is the organization that represents Urologists practicing in the 11 most western states of the United States and Canada. He has represented this same organization as President-Elect and Treasurer. Locally he has served as both the Chief of the Department of Surgery and Chief of the Division of Urology at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center.

Dr. Zeidman was very personable and professional. He asked a lot of questions to get an understanding about my health. He made me feel very comfortable that he would be able to help me . I would highly recommend him.
