Erica’s story is kind of twofold. She is a patient herself but also a provider. Her passion for pursuing a career as a Registered Dietitian, dates to the day of her diagnosis of severe Crohn’s Disease. Her own personal medical journey has helped her be able to advocate, empathize, and connect with her patients on a much deeper level. She personally knows how debilitating gastrointestinal conditions can be affecting day to day quality of life.
When not working, you can catch Erica at the Farmer’s Market, hot yoga class, out to coffee, or trying new foods and restaurants with her husband who also just happens to have Crohn’s Disease as well
