About Alexia Beauregard

Alexia is a food allergy specialist dietitian whose clinical focus includes gastrointestinal disorders, feeding challenges, and eating disorder recovery. She supports teenagers and adults in developing a positive relationship with food and is passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families. Alexia is a faculty and advisory board member of the Ellyn Satter Institute and co-author of several papers on food allergy and eating difficulties. She also serves on the medical advisory board of The FPIES Foundation and as a medical advisor for APFED, while actively contributing to professional education around food allergy and feeding difficulties. Her goal is to help clients find joy in eating and feel confident around food. Outside of work, she enjoys the Georgia coast with her husband, three children, and two dogs.
