Dr. Alfaro was kind and amazing. She explained everything very clearly and made sure I did not have any questions. Kristine her staff was also amazing. She helped me pick out my glasses, she was very patient with my many demands and helped with all the questions I had. She didn’t show frustration or rush me through getting my glasses

My visit was with Dr. Tran and he was outstanding. He took the time to explain, adjusted my prescription to correct the over-correction of my previous optometrist, and followed up to make sure everything was ok. Awesome personal treatment and excellent medical care.

Dr Alfaro was very nice and personable. Very friendly. I never felt awkward. I've had experiences with some doctors in the past that just don't know how to hold a good conversation with me or I felt like they talked just so we didn't have those awkward silent moments. Every time I said something even when she asked me about my personal life she seemed genuinely interested; even pausing mid exam to listen to me. I will absolutely continue to return to her for my annual visits and contact lens needs.

Dr Alfaro is amazing.. went there for an annual check up. Everything went smooth. She's very personable and makes you feel comfortable. She don't pressure you to buy frames. The girl at the front desk is amazing too, she very helpful. I will go back for sure!

Dr.Alfaro herself and her staff are so friendly and nice. They take their time helping you out picking out your frames and explain things to you. Their office is nice and clean, and they have a wide variety of frames to choose from. I loved this office, I higly recommend them.

The staff member in front - without introducing himself addressed me as "Martin", calling me from his desk. I gave this feedback to Dr Alfaro who was very gracious. She is wonderfully professional but is ill-served by this one assistant. She deserves better.
