The overall experience was great. I had appointment at 2:30pm, got there at 2:20 and signed in at front desk. I feel like I waited only 5-10 minutes before actually seeing Dr. Chan. She explained the process and was very professional. Overall I think it went well.

Erica was born and raised in San Francisco. She attended U.C. Berkeley for her undergraduate education and then moved to Milwaukee, WI for medical school.
Tired of the long winters, she moved back to California and did her OB/GYN residency training at U.C. Davis.
Her husband is a pathologist, and works in Salinas as well. Since moving here, they have enjoyed this beautiful region, especially all the fresh fruits and vegetables available.
Erica has two cats and a dog. During her free time, Dr. Chan enjoys cooking, eating, traveling, and taking her dog out to enjoy all the dog-friendly activities here.

I absolutely love this office! Scheduling can be so challenging with four children. Finding time and a sitter is near impossible, but to have an appointment and be seen right away and all my questions answered efficiently so that I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes, absolutely unheard of in my experience with other offices.
A friendly professional atmosphere a huge plus too.
