Dr. Delgado was born and raised in Portland. Her favorite part of medicine is the unique opportunity to make a personal connection over time with her patients, sharing in their life stories, and working together as a team to create and restore health. Dr. Delgado has always felt caring for patients is a profound privilege.
After receiving her medical degree from the University of Chicago in 2005, she completed her residency at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle, Washington. Dr. Delgado is board certified in Internal Medicine.
Dr. Delgado is married and has three children.
UPDATE: Dr. Delgado is now certified as a medical examiner on the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners. This means she is authorized to provide medical examinations to commercial motor vehicle (CMV) drivers in accordance with the regulations of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.

The wait was unusually long time (about 20 minutes after the first nurse left the room), which Dr. Delgado apologized for. Dr. Delgado, was very responsive to all of my concerns and worked with me to adjust certain medications to fit my needs.
