Had they answered the phone for a couple quick questions my suspictions would be confirmed and I would have gone elsewhere where something could actually have been done to help me. NO, I'm out $'s & now am 4 days away from my visit to an "actual " emergency room. I have but 1 friend to help me & thats his soonest day off. NO family, don't UBER etc. Why have a phone the is just an endless tree wit no hope of human contact. When obused technology reduces our VALUE ! " IT AIN'T COOL" Just LAZY ! Maybe they should provide shuttle to "real" help. Be more service than now. JK

Went in for an abrasion that wasn’t healing after a week from the accident.
Was told it was infected and they would clean it and bandage. Prescribed antibiotic. No known allergies at the time.
Went home. Started antibiotic. Continued to clean and redress wound.
Next day it was still very itchy. Had told that to nurse before. No pain. Just itch.
Looked worse than going in.
Took pics every day till my appointment with my regular NP.
She has wound care experience and said it was not infected. I am having reactions to antibiotic cream used at office and continued to use at home as told to by nurse.
So my NP discontinued antibiotic. Why it wasn’t helping to heal wound. Wasn’t infected.
Big indicator was I went in with itchy not pain symptoms. Probably from neosporin cream used. Rash and itchy.
Had no confidence to go back there.
I got worse after going in.
Copay is much more than going to my regular NP.

They thought I was my twin sister. I got sent home with no prescription for my very painful throat. They had to do the strep test four separate times, so I don’t even trust them to be right about me not having strep. It took me an hour to get out. I’m in so much pain :”( all they told me was to do a saltwater gargle and take Tylenol. I’m never coming back. They didn’t even test for mono
