After waiting in my hospital gown for 2 hours, i went to find out what was taking so long. Instead of an apology, the doctor told me that if I cannot be patient, i can just leave! Really? I think staying put for 2 hours would make anyone's patience wear thin. So much for an apology or explanation. Patients go to doctors so they can relieve their pain and suffering, not to add to the troubles and be humiliated along the way.
