The Dr. was very nice BUT her entire staff only speak Chinese . While the technician works on you she isn't there so there's no way of asking questions and getting any answers because of the language barrier.

She's amazing. I was having a problem with a neuroma for years that no doctor was able to help with. After a few treatments with Dr Tang the pain has completely gone away. Dr Tang has always helped me get in and out on time.

As you walk in you get the suspicious looks from the staff. The office is very unorganized papers all over the floor. The acupuncture tables are very uncomfortable and other patients talking Chinese so no privacy. The doctor is very sweetand if you have questions she replies in English thank god. All I wish for in this office is a private session without all the other patients banging into me while on the table.

Well, I blame this issue more on ZocDoc because Dr Tang's specialty is Physical Therapy, with acupuncture as something they do as part of the treatment and that's not what I was looking for. I searched, specifically, for acupuncture and whileDr Tang does take my insurance, she doesn't know how to submit a claim for acupuncture and kept on telling me my insurance doesn't cover it, when I know it does. During pre-examination, I started getting in an argument with her about it because two acupuncturists have confirmed that my insurance covers it and I literally offered to leave the office before any treatment, and she said no, to continue doing it. I get my needles and while I'm supposed to be resting and relaxing she comes in and stresses me out about the coverage even more. Then after that, she doesn't come back and I don't see her again. I feel like since they had this information via ZocDoc, they could have checked it beforehand, or reached out to me for it. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I won't be returning. The office also smells terrible.

This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a medical practitioner. The office was an absolute mess, the receptionist seemed totally disinterested -- when I was given some treatment for my back, there was a raucous conversationgoing on in the front with people that seemed to just be hanging out. When the "treatment" ended, I was left waiting in the makeshift patient's quarters, where the doctor was nowhere to be found. After waiting for 20 minutes, I told the receptionist I was leaving and didn't feel like I was give any diagnosis or real treatment. Horribly unprofessional at this place.
