New patient visit was great. Only spent about 10 minutes in the waiting room. The staff was very helpful & a pleasure to be around. Dr. Catipon asks a lot of questions & that’s something I liked. I could tell that he listened to what I was telling him.

Wonderful! We had a 10 minute wait and was treated respectfully and meticulously. He took care of everything that I needed for the visit and arranged to have referral, prescriptions and appointment for next visit sorted out.

My appointment was at 9:45am. I wasn't called back until after 11am and I didn't leave until 11:35am. This was not my first visit this is my primary dr that I like who as long as you see between Tuesday and Thursday usually in and out. Today they weren't even busy! There were people who came in long after me and seen before me the office staff really messed this appointment up. If I am at the Dr's for 2 hrs but only spend 15mins or less with him I don't think I should have to pay a Copay my time is just as valuable ??

His bedside manner is amazing. He knows how to talk to patients. As a military veteran, he knows what language and terminologies he needs to use to make to a veteran patient comfortable talking about their health issues. I am pretty sure that he adjusts his tone, demeanor and terminologies depending on the type of patient he handles. He is very amazing and very highly recommended.

Very nice , very friendly staff . I had to bring my grandkids with me his assistant was went out of her way to keep them occupied while I had my appointment with Doc. Catipon . Who I found very professional . He took his time in asking all the right questions setting me up with all the necessary test and most of the medications that I was in need of. I would highly recommend Him he is a true professional !!!!
