About Erika Gillins

I am originally from Pennsylvania, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Lehigh University. I then moved to Atlanta, Georgia, to pursue my Master of Public Health from Emory University and, a few years later, my Master of Science in Nutrition Science at Georgia State University. In my practice, I specialize in disordered eating and eating disorder recovery, as well as sports nutrition. I provide nutrition education and counseling to help individuals improve their relationship with food, exercise, and their body. I work with adults and teens of all genders. My mission is to equip others with the education, tools, and resources they need to feel capable of managing the pressures of diet culture. My counseling style centers around a Health at Every Size approach and incorporates the principles of Intuitive Eating. When I'm not working, I enjoy exploring the mountains, being outside, traveling, cooking, and spending time with my husband and dog.
